  • 1) How to place an order?

    We custom make every piece as per your requirement. You can either mail us on info@milaayaembroideries.com or WhatsApp us on 7208902001.
    You can share the product details, along with the sizes to begin a conversation. 

  • 2) What all products do you customize?

    From embroidered wall coverings and headboards to wall arts, upholstery, wardrobe shutters, ceilings, drapes, lamp shades, room-dividers, cushion covers, table linens, bed linens and even embellished sculptures, all can be customised.

  • 3) What is the Delivery Time?

    Delivery time depends on the quantity, size and intricacy of the work.

  • 4) Is installation done by Milaaya?

    So, if the product is a chairback, upholstery, drape, wallpaper or fabric panel, we generally provide embroidered panels and the stretching/ framing work is done by the site contractor. We can help with stretching and framing for wall arts and wall panels.
     
    For Wallpapers we can help with pasting depending on the site location. For Drapes we can stitch the hanging loops. Blind panels will have to be assembled by the manufacturer.

  • 5) How to Maintain these Embroidered Products?

    For products like wall coverings, wall arts, upholstery, lamp shades, Light Blow Dry or Dusting once a week is recommended to keep them clean. 
     
    For Cushion covers and drapes we suggest dry clean.

  • 6) Can you customise Wallpapers?

    Yes, we can create a new design as per your theme and suggest embroidery techniques as per your budget.
